Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use provenlyfair.com. The site is run by ProvenlyFair, which is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: [email protected].

In short: you cannot create an account here, we have no forms or newsletter, and we do not sell personal data. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare.

What is collected and why

• Analytics (Google Analytics 4). If analytics is on (see cookies and your choice), Google collects page views, approximate location, device and browser type, the page you came from, and these events: clicks on our casino links (recorded with the casino's name) and views and clicks of labelled sponsored placements. Google sets cookies for this (named _ga and _ga_*). We use the reports to decide what to update and to count how often sponsored placements are seen and clicked. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
• Hosting and security (Cloudflare). Cloudflare serves the site and processes technical request data, including your IP address, to deliver pages and block abuse.
• Country check. Some pages ask Cloudflare which country your connection is in, so that we only show an operator's promotion where that operator accepts players. The two-letter country code is kept in your browser's session storage (pf_cc) until you close the tab. It is not sent to us.
• Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
• Live network data. Two pages about withdrawal times fetch public blockchain fee data directly from your browser (mempool.space, litecoinspace.org, publicnode.com and Tronscan). Those services see the request.
• Tools. The provably fair verifiers, seed checkers and calculators run in your browser. Seeds, hashes and numbers you enter are not sent to us.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your message, and then delete it.

Cookies and your choice

The only cookies on this site are the Google Analytics cookies described above. In the EU and EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and whenever we cannot tell which country you are in, Google Analytics does not load until you choose Accept analytics in the banner; if you choose Reject, nothing is sent to Google Analytics. In other countries it loads by default. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (pf_consent) so we do not ask again.

You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings, or use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Links to casinos

Links that go through /go/ take you to an operator's site, usually with a referral code so that the operator can attribute your sign-up to us. From that point the operator's own privacy policy applies. How we are paid is described in the affiliate disclosure.

Your choices and rights

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works fully without analytics.
• If data protection law applies to you, such as the EU or UK GDPR, you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold, and object to its use. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
• Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account and then deleted by Google.

Age

The site is for adults (18+, or older where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, we update this page and the date below.
