CASINO ORIGINALS
COMPARED 2026

Crash, Dice, Mines and Plinko house edges side by side, with the maximum win and the verification method each operator actually uses. Every number is drawn from our own per-casino game guides.

Rows are ordered by Tanzanite deposit volume for the 30 days to 26 October 2026, never by what a casino pays us. Each house-edge cell links to the per-casino game guide the number was taken from; where our guide says an operator does not publish a figure, the cell says so instead of guessing. Duel has no per-game guides yet, so its cells cite our Duel review.

Deposit volume: Tanzanite, 30 days to 26 October 2026 (per our volume table). Cloudbet is #11 overall in this window. Rollbit shows $0 (after about $1K in the 30 days to 2 Oct and $13.1M before that), which we treat as not reliably tracked and have under review, so it is listed for reference, not recommended. Bitstarz is not tracked by Tanzanite and is listed after the casinos that are.

WHAT A CASINO ORIGINAL IS

An Original is a game the casino builds and runs itself: Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Limbo, Keno and a few others, served by the operator’s own engine rather than licensed from a studio. The distinction matters for one reason. A studio slot ships with a certified RNG you have to trust; an in-house Original can commit to its result cryptographically before you bet and let you recompute it afterwards. That is why the four games on this page are the only ones on a crypto casino you can audit yourself, and why provably fair is really a statement about Originals.

Two of the nine operators above work differently. Bitstarz runs 18 in-house BitStarz Originals (Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko and others) that it labels provably fair, with an in-game seed checker, but it publishes no hash function, nonce handling or result formula, so a round can be checked only with Bitstarz’s own tool, not recomputed independently (BitStarz pages read 24 Oct 2026); the edges in its row are for studio titles (Spribe’s Aviator being the most played crash build). For Cloudbet we found no house Originals in the public lobby (checked Oct 2026; a logged-in lobby may differ): it serves the formats from an arcade wing with no operator-level seed console, so the edge and the verification path belong to each game’s developer. Both are included because players compare them against the Originals shops.

WHY THE HOUSE EDGE DIFFERS PER OPERATOR

Every Original pays a multiplier derived from pure probability, scaled down by a constant the operator chooses. That constant is the house edge, and it lives in the payout formula rather than being charged separately. Stake-style Dice pays 99 / win chance, so a 50% roll pays 1.98x instead of 2.00x; Stake-style Crash applies max(1, 2^32 / (int + 1) x 0.99); Mines pays 0.99 x C(25,k) / C(25 - M,k). Change the 0.99 and you change the price of the whole game.

The operators above cluster into four pricing tiers. Stake, Shuffle, BC.Game and Gamdom use the 1% constant, with the caveats in the table: BC.Game’s own Classic Dice page cites 98% while most sources and the payout constant say 99%, Gamdom publishes “around 99%” for its Originals as a class rather than per game, and Shuffle points Mines players to the in-game info panel for the live number. Rollbit runs a uniform 1.5% take across every Original, including a hard 1,000x cap on Crash. Cloudbet and Bitstarz sit at 3% on Crash, Mines and Plinko (Cloudbet Dice is 2%, Bitstarz Dice 1.9%). Roobet publishes no official RTP for any of the four; our guides carry the third-party estimates (roughly 3% on Crash, 3–4% on Mines and Plinko) and label them as such.

Then there is the zero tier. Duel advertises its Originals at 100% RTP with the math case published on its zero-edge page, and excludes those games from its 50% rakeback because there is no edge left to rake. Gamdom markets a “100% RTP / Zero Edge” feature too, but per its Help Center that is an instant partial rebate on roughly the first $50,000 wagered, covering Dice, Plinko, Mines, Keno, Pocket Dice and HiLo and not Crash; the base math stays around 99%. Read any 100% claim with that distinction in mind.

Edge and rakeback are different levers. Rakeback returns a slice of what the house keeps; it lowers your net cost but does not change the multiplier you are paid. Gamdom’s 15% instant rakeback for seven days and Stake’s VIP rakeback both apply to Originals play; Duel’s does not, because its Originals are already priced at zero edge. The lowest house edge hub covers the same math across every game type.

GAME BY GAME: WHERE THE OPERATORS SPLIT

Crash

Crash is the game where fairness models genuinely diverge. Stake, Shuffle and Roobet derive each player’s bust point from their own seed pair and nonce, so two people in the same round see different multipliers. BC.Game and Gamdom instead publish a pre-committed chain of 10,000,000 SHA-256 hashes and play it in reverse, one shared multiplier per round, and Rollbit describes a chained server seed. Payout ceilings differ as much as the edge: our guides record $1,000,000+ per bet at Stake, $1,000,000 equivalent at BC.Game, $500,000 cashout per round at Roobet, $250,000 per round at Shuffle, a 1,000x multiplier cap at Rollbit, 100 BTC per bet at Cloudbet and €100,000 at Bitstarz; Gamdom states no fixed max-profit ceiling. The full ranking and strategy notes are on the crash game casinos hub.

Dice

Dice is the purest expression of the edge because the formula is on screen: pick a win chance, get paid its inverse minus the house constant. Stake, Shuffle and BC.Game top out around 9,900x at the 0.01% win chance, Roobet confirms five bet modes, including roll between and roll outside, on top of the slider, and Gamdom confirms bets from $0.01 to $200,000 per round. The dice game casinos hub ranks the operators and covers auto-bet discipline.

Mines

Mines is the same 25-tile grid everywhere, but the ceiling is not: Stake and Shuffle both document a 5,148,297x maximum multiplier, BC.Game caps the round at $1,000,000, Rollbit at $500,000 per bet, Cloudbet at 100 BTC and Bitstarz at €100,000, while Roobet and Gamdom have no operator-confirmed cap. Our new best Mines casinos hub compares all nine with the multiplier math worked through.

Plinko

Plinko is where published figures get thinnest. Stake, Shuffle and BC.Game all document a 1,000x top slot on High risk at 16 rows; Roobet’s 1,000x is widely reported but not operator-confirmed; Gamdom publishes neither a board nor a max win, and Rollbit, Cloudbet and Bitstarz quote cash caps rather than multipliers. The best Plinko casinos hub has the row and risk options per site and the binomial odds behind every bucket.

HOW TO VERIFY A ROUND YOURSELF

The workflow is the same at every per-bet-seed casino, and it is the reason the table above can say “Yes” with a straight face.

  1. Save the commitment before you bet. The fairness panel shows a SHA-256 hash of the server seed. Write it down, together with your client seed and the bet’s nonce.
  2. Rotate the seed pair after the session. Rotation retires the pair and reveals the old server seed in plain text. You can only verify bets placed before the reveal.
  3. Check both locks. Hash the revealed seed and confirm it equals the commitment, then feed the seed, your client seed and the nonce into a verifier and confirm it reproduces the multiplier, roll, layout or slot you were paid on.
  4. Use the right scheme. Stake and Shuffle reproduce byte-for-byte in our tools; Roobet matches by documentation, so cross-check one known round first; BC.Game swaps the key and message order; Gamdom and BC.Game Crash need the hash-chain method.

Tools, all client-side so seeds never leave your browser: the all-games provably fair verifier, the per-game crash, dice, mines and plinko verifiers, and the pre-set Stake, Shuffle and Roobet seed checkers. For the odds side, the mines calculator and plinko calculator show what a fair payout should be at any setting. One limit worth repeating: verification proves a result was committed in advance and not altered. It does not remove the edge, and it does not cover third-party slots or live tables, which use conventional RNG or video.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

An Original is a game the casino builds and operates in-house, such as Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Limbo and Keno, instead of licensing it from a studio. Because the operator controls the engine, it can commit to each result cryptographically before you bet and let you recompute it afterwards, which is what makes Originals provably fair.
Duel advertises 0% house edge (100% RTP) on its Originals, per our Duel review. Among operators with per-game guides on this site, Stake, Shuffle, BC.Game and Gamdom price Crash, Dice, Mines and Plinko at about 1%, Rollbit at 1.5%, and Cloudbet and Bitstarz at 2 to 3%. Roobet does not publish official figures; third-party estimates put its games around 3 to 4%.
The edge is a constant written into the payout formula. Stake-style Dice pays 99 divided by the win chance, Mines pays 0.99 times the fair odds, and Crash multiplies the raw result by 0.99. An operator that uses 0.985 or 0.97 instead has chosen a 1.5% or 3% edge. Same game, different constant.
Every casino in our table offers verification, but the method differs. Stake, Shuffle and Roobet use a per-bet server seed, client seed and nonce through HMAC-SHA256. BC.Game Crash and Gamdom use a pre-committed SHA-256 hash chain. Bitstarz labels its 18 in-house Originals provably fair but publishes no result formula, so they can be checked only with its own in-game tool, not recomputed independently (checked 24 Oct 2026). Cloudbet relies on each studio title's in-game fairness panel rather than a house system.
No. Verification proves a round was committed before your bet and not changed afterwards. It does not remove the house edge, which is built into the multipliers, so every Original except a zero-edge one is negative expected value over time. Fair and verifiable is not the same as beatable.
By deposit volume reported by Tanzanite for the 30 days to 26 October 2026. Rollbit is tracked but recorded only $0 in the 30 days to 26 Oct 2026 (after about $1K in the 30 days to 2 Oct and $13.1M in the 30 days before that), a status we have under review. Bitstarz is not tracked by Tanzanite, so it is listed after the casinos that are. Commission rates play no part.
