CRYPTO CASINO
COMPLAINTS TRACKER
Public complaint and rating figures for the 15 biggest crypto casinos we review, ranked by Tanzanite deposit volume. Every number links to the page we read it from and carries the date we read it. Where a source blocked us or showed nothing, the cell says so. We have not estimated anything.
WHAT THE OCTOBER NUMBERS SHOW
These are observations from the table, not verdicts. Each one is a pointer to where you might want to read the underlying reviews or complaint threads yourself.
- Four Trustpilot profiles carry a guideline warning. BC.Game, Gamdom, Shuffle and Winna all showed "rating unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines" and a note that Trustpilot had removed fake reviews. For those four, the review count is still visible but no TrustScore is.
- The highest raw AskGamblers counts belong to 1WIN (170), BC.Game (152) and Cloudbet (98). All three also show most of their listed complaints as resolved: 139, 114 and 85 respectively.
- Scaled to volume, Cloudbet comes first. 98 listed complaints against $49M of Tanzanite deposits gives about 200 per $100M. Stake, with 75 complaints on $2.09B, works out at about 3.6. Read why this ratio is rough before leaning on that contrast.
- The Trustpilot one-star share runs from 9% (Stake.us) to 82% (Sportsbet.io). Stake and Cloudbet both show a 3.9 TrustScore, the highest among the real-money sites here.
- Rainbet: TrustScore 2.1 from 612 reviews, 62% one-star, and 2 AskGamblers complaints, neither marked resolved. Our Rainbet safety guide recorded 2.1 from 606 reviews on 6 October, so the score held while 6 reviews were added.
- Across the 11 casinos with an AskGamblers figure, 614 complaints are listed and 478 are marked resolved. AskGamblers does not label the rest on the page, so we do not split them into "unresolved" and "rejected".

Rank is the global Tanzanite rank among the 41 casinos it tracks. Our review scores use the scale each review publishes (out of 10 or out of 5). "Not computed" in the last column means there was no AskGamblers complaint figure to divide.
AskGamblers figures that need context
Most AskGamblers pages show two different totals: a header count of listed complaints and a smaller denominator in the "Resolved X / Y" stats block. The page does not explain the gap. We use the header count as "complaints listed" and show the stats block as written.
- Stake: Header lists 75 complaints; the comparison table reads "Resolved 46 out of 75" and the stats block "Resolved 46 / 51".
- BC.Game: Header lists 152 complaints; the stats block reads "Resolved 114 / 116". Payment category: 62 of 62 resolved.
- Gamdom: Payment category: 7 of 9 resolved.
- Shuffle: Payment category: 60 of 68 resolved.
- 1WIN: Payment category: 79 of 83 resolved.
- Sportsbet.io: Payment category: 7 of 7 resolved.
- Thrill: The single listed complaint is marked Unresolved.
- Cloudbet: Payment category: 62 of 69 resolved.
- 500 Casino: Page reads "No complaints yet" (review lists 500.casino, Perfect Storm B.V.).
HOW TO READ THIS TABLE
Read across a row, not down a column. The useful question is whether different sources point the same way for one casino. A low TrustScore next to a high AskGamblers resolution rate says something different from a low TrustScore next to unresolved complaints.
TrustScore and the star split can disagree. The TrustScore shown on a profile is not simply the average of the star percentages under it. Rollbit's all-time split is 63% five-star and 12% one-star, yet its TrustScore read 1.6, and 8 of the 10 newest reviews listed on 24 Oct 2026 were one-star. Always look at the newest reviews before the headline number.
Review counts are not complaint counts. A Trustpilot review can be praise, a rant after a losing session, or a detailed account of a blocked withdrawal. An AskGamblers complaint is a case filed with a mediator, with a status the operator can respond to. They measure different things, so the ratio column uses AskGamblers only.
"Marked resolved" is AskGamblers' label. It means the case was closed as resolved on that platform. It does not tell you whether the player got everything they asked for, or how long it took.
Profile notices matter. A "breach of guidelines" warning means Trustpilot found and removed fake reviews. "Hasn't invited customers recently" carries Trustpilot's own caveat that the reviews "may not be representative". Where a company pays for a Trustpilot subscription, the profile says so.
Our review score is separate. It comes from our own desk review of licence, terms, provably-fair documentation and payment policies (see how we review). We did not adjust any score after collecting these numbers, and the numbers here are not inputs to it.
WHY "PER $100M DEPOSITED" IS ONLY A ROUGH GUIDE
Raw complaint counts favour small casinos: a site with a tenth of Stake's players will usually collect fewer complaints just because fewer people play there. Dividing by deposit volume tries to correct for size. The formula is simple: AskGamblers complaints listed, divided by Tanzanite 30-day deposits, multiplied by 100 million.
It is rough for four reasons, and you should keep all four in mind:
- The time windows don't match. Complaints accumulate over every year the casino has been listed on AskGamblers. The volume is 30 days. A casino that has been listed for a decade carries a decade of complaints against one month of deposits.
- Volume changes month to month. A casino whose deposits jump in one window looks better on this ratio without any change in how it treats players. Rollbit shows the opposite extreme: with $0 of tracked deposits in the latest window, any complaint count would produce a meaningless ratio. It has no AskGamblers figure in any case.
- Not every player uses AskGamblers. Awareness of the service is unlikely to be even across markets and casino audiences, so two casinos with similar service could show quite different counts.
- The volume is Tanzanite's measurement, not the casino's. It is applied the same way to every casino, which is why we use it, but it is not a figure any operator has published or confirmed.
Use the ratio to decide where to look more closely, not to rank casinos. A high figure is a reason to open the complaint list and read what the cases are about. A low figure is not a clean bill of health.
WHAT THESE NUMBERS CAN'T TELL YOU
- Whether a casino will pay you. Complaint data describes other people's past disputes. Your outcome depends on your account, your country, the bonus terms you accepted and whether you passed verification.
- Whether a complaint was justified. Some complaints are about rules the player agreed to, such as bonus wagering or restricted-country terms. Others are about genuine failures. A count can't tell the two apart; only reading the case can.
- How fast withdrawals are. We don't fund accounts or time withdrawals. For published limits and processing times, see each review and our fastest withdrawal casinos page, which quotes operators' own terms.
- Whether the games are fair. Complaint counts say nothing about game outcomes. For in-house games you can check results yourself with our provably fair verifier.
- Anything about casinos missing from a source. No AskGamblers page for Duel, Rollbit or Stake.us, and a removed page for Roobet, means only that there was nothing for us to read. It is not a clean record.
- Whether the casino is legal where you live. Check the casino's own restricted-country list and your local law. Our responsible gambling page lists support services.
HOW TO COMPLAIN EFFECTIVELY
Disputes that go beyond the casino are decided on evidence, so build your record from the first message. The order below is the order regulators and mediators generally expect you to follow.
- Go to the casino's support first, in writing. Use live chat or email so there is a record. State what happened, the amount, the transaction ID or bet ID, and what you want. If the answer is no, ask which clause of the terms the decision relies on. Save every transcript, screenshot and on-chain transaction hash. Keep your messages factual; mediators read them later.
- Escalate through the licence. Find the regulator named in the casino's footer, then confirm it against the regulator's own register (our reviews record the licence we found). Under Curaçao's LOK framework, operators must have an agreement with at least one ADR (alternative dispute resolution) provider certified by the regulator, and complaints not resolved internally must go to that provider at no cost to the player, with a decision typically due within ninety days (AGBrief, 21 Jun 2026). Operators must also name their ADR partner in their terms, so check the casino's terms for it. Anjouan has made a designated ADR provider a binding licence condition (same source), and its regulator says licensed operators must take part in an impartial process for eligible player disputes and that it acts against those who don't (Focus Gaming News, 20 Jul 2026). We could not load Anjouan's own site on 24 Oct 2026, so look for the dispute section in the casino's terms first.
- Use an independent mediator. AskGamblers runs a casino complaint service and says it has returned over $80 million to players since 2009 (AskGamblers release, 7 Nov 2025). Its complaint counts are the ones in our table. Casino.guru also hosts public complaints, but its pages refused our requests on 24 Oct 2026, so we can't describe its current process; read its rules on its own site before filing.
- Know what weakens a complaint. If you played from a country the casino's terms restrict, or used a VPN to get around a block, you breached the terms, and that is the first thing a regulator or mediator will read. The same goes for opening duplicate accounts or splitting withdrawals to avoid checks. Being open about your situation is better than having it found later.
- Ignore "fund recovery" offers. Anyone who contacts you promising to recover casino losses for an upfront fee, or who asks for your wallet seed phrase, is not part of any complaint process. A genuine complaint route never needs your seed phrase or an upfront recovery fee.
If a dispute is affecting your sleep, money or relationships, pause your account while it is open. Many casinos offer cooling-off and self-exclusion tools in account settings, and our responsible gambling page lists free help lines.
METHOD AND SOURCES
Which casinos. We took the Tanzanite deposit file for the 30 days to 2 Oct 2026 (41 casinos), the one current when the ratings were read, and kept the 15 highest-ranked ones that ProvenlyFair has a full review for: ranks 1 to 12, then 14, 20 and 40 in that file. Casinos we haven't reviewed, such as BetFury (rank 13 then), are left out because we have no review of our own to link to. The volume, rank and per-$100M columns now use the 30 days to 26 Oct 2026, where the same 15 casinos sit at ranks 1 to 13, 21 and 41; the set itself is unchanged until the November re-read.
How we read the sources. On 24 Oct 2026 we requested each casino's Trustpilot brand page, its AskGamblers review page and its Casino.guru review page. We copied the figures as displayed. Where a page returned an error, redirected elsewhere or did not exist, we recorded that instead of a number. Trustpilot scores are the number displayed on the profile, not the rounded star graphic.
What we don't do. We don't estimate missing values, carry forward old ones, or call any casino a scam. We don't change review scores because of complaint data or commercial relationships; see our affiliate disclosure.

Update log
- 26 Oct 2026: volume, rank and per-$100M columns moved to Tanzanite’s 30 days to 26 Oct 2026 (ratings unchanged, still as read 24 Oct). Rollbit now shows $0 and is marked not reliably tracked.
- 24 Oct 2026: first snapshot. Casino.guru returned HTTP 403 for every casino; AskGamblers had no readable page for Roobet, Duel, Stake.us or Rollbit.
- Next update: November 2026. We will re-read every source and record changes against this snapshot.
