IS THRILL CASINO SAFE? OWNER, LICENCE AND PAYOUTS

Who Owns Thrill, and How New Is It?
Thrill.com launched in 2025, which makes it one of the youngest brands with meaningful volume in our dataset. The terms and conditions, effective 16 September 2026, identify the operator as Gravity Unleashed Limitada, a Costa Rica company registered under number 3-102-923055 at Barrio Dent, San Pedro, Ofident Building, Office 3, San José - Montes de Oca. The footer of the site repeats this and adds that "this website and its mirrors are owned and operated by Gravity Unleashed Limitada".
A Costa Rica limitada with an Anjouan licence is a common structure for new crypto casinos: the company sits in a jurisdiction that does not regulate online gambling, and the licence comes from a small island regulator that does. It tells you nothing about who the beneficial owners are. Thrill does not publish founders or a parent group on its site, and we have not found a regulatory filing that does. Our Thrill review scores it 4.0/5, with "Track Record" at 6.6 as the lowest sub-score for exactly this reason: there is no multi-year payout history to lean on.
Is Thrill Licensed?
Yes, and this one we could verify against the regulator rather than only the operator. Anjouan Gaming publishes a searchable licence register at anjouangaming.com. On 6 October 2026 it listed Gravity Unleashed Limitada with licence number ALSI-202506019-FI1, type B2C, status "Valid", issued 19 June 2025, expiring 18 June 2027, with thrill.com as the sole licensed domain. The number matches the one printed in clause 1.1 of the terms and in the site footer.
Two cautions about what that licence is worth. First, Anjouan is a light-touch jurisdiction: its register and enforcement notices exist, but it offers no independent dispute-resolution body for players, and clause 20 of the terms sends any dispute to the courts of Anjouan under Anjouan law, with class actions excluded. Second, our review describes the licensing as "Anjouan / Curaçao". The current terms cite only the Anjouan licence, and we could not verify any Curaçao authorisation on 6 October 2026; the Curaçao regulator’s portal was offline that week, so a register check there was not possible either. Treat Thrill as Anjouan-licensed, full stop.
Does Thrill Pay Out?
The terms give the operator broad discretion and set few hard numbers. Clause 5.2 says withdrawals "may be subject to minimum and maximum limits" and that fees "may apply", but publishes neither; our review found no published caps, and Casino Guru records withdrawal limits as "Unlimited". Clause 5.7 requires you to wager the full value of each deposit at least once before withdrawing, and lets Thrill void bets placed only to satisfy that rule (opposite betting, low-risk patterns). Clause 4.1 allows identity, age and location documents to be requested "at any time", and clause 4.3 allows funds to be withheld until verification is complete. In other words: no KYC up front, but the right to demand it before any payout.
There are also wallet-screening clauses that are newer than most competitors’ terms. Clause 5.1 prohibits deposits from wallets "linked to or reasonably suspected of being associated with" mixers, darknet markets or sanctioned entities "identified through blockchain analytics tools", and clause 5.2 applies the same test to withdrawal destinations. In practice, expect a hold or a request for explanation if a deposit or withdrawal address is flagged by those tools; Thrill does not publish what its screening threshold is.
Dormancy is handled in clause 6.2: after twelve consecutive months without activity the account can be frozen and charged 5% of the remaining balance per month, with balances under $5 taken in full. That is a milder clause than the fixed-fee versions at older casinos, but it still erodes a forgotten balance.
What Do Players Complain About?
This is where the record is uncomfortable. Trustpilot, read 6 October 2026, shows a 2.1/5 TrustScore from 131 reviews on a profile Thrill claimed in April 2025: 30% five-star and 66% one-star. The recent one-star reviews make three allegations. On rigged games: "RTP on originals its fake, every Keno session have the same red curve" (1 October 2026). On withdrawals: "they will not withdraw your money if you win more than total deposit" (14 September 2026). On support: deposits unanswered and the reviewer blocked on social media (11 September 2026). Our review, written earlier, recorded the score at roughly 2.8/5; it has fallen since.
Set against that, Casino Guru’s review (updated August 2026) gives Thrill an 8.3 "High" Safety Index, says its reading of the terms found no clause "we deem unfair or predatory", and notes complaints "with a very low total value of disputed winnings" in proportion to its size. It holds only two user reviews, so the player-feedback side is "Not enough data". AskGamblers and BTCGOSU both rate it "Trusted", citing the provably fair originals and published VIP numbers. A high index with a tiny complaint record, next to a poor Trustpilot score with a small review count, is what a one-year-old brand looks like: neither source has enough history to be conclusive.
The RTP allegations are testable. Thrill’s originals use an HMAC-SHA512 seed scheme with published RTPs in the 98.2% to 99.5% range; you can recompute any round from the server seed, client seed and nonce using Thrill’s own verifier or a script built from its published fairness documentation. Our provably fair verifier implements the Stake-style HMAC-SHA256 scheme and does not reproduce Thrill’s SHA-512 scheme (checked Oct 2026). If a round reconciles, that round was not altered after the bet, whatever the losing streak felt like. Reviews that cite a "red curve" without a seed mismatch are describing variance, not proof.
Which Countries Does Thrill Block?
Clause 11.4 names the prohibited jurisdictions: Anjouan, the British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, the Dutch Caribbean islands, Cyprus, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus any location where the service is illegal, requires local licensing, or is under US, EU or UK sanctions. The clause applies to residents and to anyone physically present in those places, and states that using a VPN or proxy to bypass the block "constitutes a breach of this Agreement". Our review also lists Australia as restricted in practice. Compared with BitStarz’s 79-country list this is short, but the catch-all wording ("where the provision of the Services requires licensing") lets Thrill treat almost any regulated market as prohibited after the fact.
How Do You Complain, and to Whom?
Clause 28 sets out a two-step path: [email protected] or live chat first, then escalation to management at [email protected]. Clause 28.3 says Thrill’s decision "shall be final unless otherwise determined by an external adjudicator", but no adjudicator is named, and Anjouan Gaming does not operate one. Beyond that you have public pressure (Trustpilot, Casino Guru’s complaint centre, AskGamblers) and the courts of Anjouan. For a player in Europe or Latin America that is, in practice, no recourse. Deposit accordingly.
Is Thrill a Scam?
Not on the evidence. A scam does not hold a licence that the regulator’s own register shows as valid, does not earn a "High" safety index and "Trusted" ratings from three independent review sites, and does not run provably fair originals that let players check it. What Thrill is, is unproven: one year of operation, a Trustpilot profile that has deteriorated to 2.1/5 on 131 reviews, and terms that reserve wide discretion over verification and withdrawals. The rakeback model (up to 70% of house edge returned, 10% lossback, no deposit bonus) is unusual and, as the review notes, back-loaded towards high tiers; it is not evidence of bad faith, but it means the headline percentages are not what a casual player receives.
How Does Thrill Compare?
Thrill’s closest peers are the rakeback-first crypto casinos. Duel pays 50% rakeback with a longer track record; Gamdom pays 15% and has operated since 2016. Both have years of complaint history to judge; Thrill has months. If you want no-upfront-KYC play with provably fair originals, our no-KYC casinos guide lists operators with clearer withdrawal histories. If you do play at Thrill: keep the balance small, withdraw after each session, fund only from a wallet you own, and verify your originals rounds rather than arguing about RTP in a review.
