Crypto casinos by country
One table for all 43 of our country guides. Each line is that guide’s own summary of the law, tax and payment situation, with the date the guide was last updated. Open a country for the full picture: who restricts it in their terms, how deposits work locally and what the law says about players.
How to use this index
Gambling law is national, and crypto casinos decide country by country whom they accept. Every guide below starts from the same three checks: whether the country’s law licenses online casinos at all, whether the casinos we review name the country in their restricted-jurisdiction terms, and how players there usually turn local money into crypto. Where a casino’s terms name a country, it is left off that country’s list.
A guide listing a casino is not a statement that playing is legal where you are. Several guides, for example India, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore, explain that playing is an offence. Read the legal section of your country’s guide before you deposit, and see responsible gambling for help lines.
The table covers 13 European countries, 8 in the Americas, 15 in Asia-Pacific and 7 in Africa and the Middle East. 5 guides are written in the local language: Germany, Sweden, Brazil, Japan, South Korea. Click a column heading to sort.

Why the same casino appears in one country and not another
Offshore crypto casinos hold licences from Curaçao or Anjouan that do not cover any specific consumer market, so each operator publishes its own list of restricted countries. Those lists change: Stake left the United Kingdom in March 2025, for example, and most operators exclude Spain and the United States. We re-read the restricted-country clauses when a guide is updated and date the reading in the guide.
Licensed markets work the other way round. Where a country licenses online casinos, licensed operators generally may not take crypto, and unlicensed sites may be blocked. The guides for Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal and Italy explain how that works locally.
