Verdict: 6.8/10, a large catalogue with terms that favour the house
BetFury scores 6.8/10. The licence is real and current: the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page showed Universe B Games B.V.'s licence for betfury.com as active when we checked it on 31 October 2026. Its advertised catalogue (13,000+ games and 80+ sports) is among the largest of the casinos we review, and every rank earns rakeback. What holds the score down is the fine print. Its terms require each deposit to be wagered before withdrawal, allow anti-fraud reviews of seven days "and more if needed", cap any single win at $300,000 and let BetFury pay large wins in instalments. Its provably fair scheme proves a result was fixed before your bet, but as published it takes no input from you.
The open question is conduct. A Foreign Policy Journal article dated 13 September 2026 reported withdrawals held after large wins. Its sources are anonymous, the outlet's ownership is undisclosed, and we found no regulator action, so we treat it as a warning sign rather than a finding. On the other side, BetFury's Trustpilot profile read 4.3 from 2,924 reviews and AskGamblers listed no complaints on 31 October 2026. If you play here, read the withdrawal rules below first and keep your own records: the terms say BetFury keeps bet history for no more than 30 days and only accepts disputes within 14 days of a bet being settled.

Licence and who runs BetFury
BetFury's terms (clause 1, last updated 28 October 2026) say the service is owned by Universe B Games B.V., registered in Curaçao under company number 155126 at Seru Loraweg 17C, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) under licence OGL/2024/1494/0942. We followed the seal in BetFury's footer to the regulator's certificate page on 31 October 2026. It names betfury.com, the same company and number, says the licence was granted on 31 July 2025 under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (P.B. 2024, no. 157), and gives the status as Active.
Two details are worth knowing. First, the certificate names betfury.com; BetFury's site data also lists betfury.io, betfury.ai and betfury.gg as alternate names, and betfury.io served the same footer when we loaded it. Second, clause 22.6 of the same terms still says you may complain to "our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.", a name from Curaçao's old master-licence system, while clause 1 and the certificate name the CGA. The next clause (22.7) names EGIS-ADR as BetFury's approved alternative dispute resolution provider. EGIS-ADR's homepage, read 31 October 2026, describes itself as an independent iGaming arbitration consultancy but does not say which regulator approved it. Curaçao licences are lighter-touch than MGA or UKGC licences, and the terms put disputes before the courts of Curaçao (clause 26.6).

Provably fair: what BetFury publishes, and what is missing
BetFury's fairness page and its game docs (both read 31 October 2026) describe one scheme for its originals. Before you bet, a Fairness pop-up shows the hash of the next round. The round's Random Seed is "a combination of Random winning number and Server seed", and the hash is SHA-256 of it. After the bet, you copy the Random Seed from your bet history, press Check, and the hash it produces "must match that fixed on BetFury". If it matches, the result existed before you placed the bet and was not changed afterwards.
Compare that with the Stake-style scheme our verifier reproduces, where the result is computed from the casino's server seed and a client seed you can change, plus a nonce. BetFury's public fairness pages describe no client seed and no nonce, so a player-set client seed is not shown on its public pages as of 31 October 2026. In the scheme as published, the server alone picks each result. The commitment stops BetFury from changing a result after seeing your bet. It does not prove the results are drawn fairly, because you add no randomness, and BetFury does not publish how a Random Seed becomes a dice roll, crash point or mine layout.
We tried to check BetFury's own worked example. Its documentation shows a hash beginning 0e95147bcb31c5106035f869f in one screenshot and a Random Seed 99_LiVLygdAZSDQKM in another. The SHA-256 of that seed text begins 8ba9206f6cbd9287, so the two screenshots are from different rounds and cannot be used as a test pair. We have not verified a BetFury round end to end, and BetFury is not one of the casinos our verifier reproduces byte for byte.
BetFury's slots and live tables come from third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution and Hacksaw Gaming. They run their own certified RNGs and cannot be checked with seeds. Its originals carry their own caps per bet: $7,000 maximum bet and $100,000 maximum payout for most games, $21,000 and $300,000 for VIP players.

Withdrawals: the rules that matter before you deposit
BetFury does not publish a withdrawal time for crypto. Its terms instead set out the conditions a withdrawal has to clear. All clause numbers are from the terms updated 28 October 2026, read 31 October 2026.
- Deposit rollover (17.1). "All crypto deposits must meet a basic rollover requirement": wager 100% of each deposit in casino games, 300% in sports or 1000% on BetFury Futures before a withdrawal can be approved. The terms' own example: a $300 USDT deposit needs $300 of casino bets, or $900 of sports bets. BFG deposits and accounts at Rank 5 or higher are exempt.
- Review time (9.1). Anti-fraud checks can prolong a withdrawal "up to seven (7) days and more if needed". BFG token withdrawals "may take up to 24 hours" and can be held longer to verify where the tokens came from (9.5).
- Big wins (9.6, 9.7). Wins of $50,000 or more may, in exceptional cases, be paid in equal parts within 30 days. The most BetFury is obliged to pay for any single bet or spin is $300,000; anything above can be cut, and the capped amount can be paid in equal parts over up to 90 days.
- Same wallet, same network (9.11). Withdrawals go only to the wallet or card you deposited from, on the same network. Withdrawing elsewhere, or depositing from an exchange's hot wallet, "may become the basis for freezing the withdrawal".
- Low-liquidity coins (9.10). BetFury can stop a withdrawal in a thinly traded coin and convert it to USDT, which can take up to 48 hours.
- Fees (8.1, 9.4). Deposits carry no BetFury fee; withdrawal fees can change "at any time without prior notice". Its docs give network examples, such as 0.005 ETH on ERC-20 against 0.00053 ETH on Arbitrum.
- Inactive accounts (7.1 to 7.3). After 12 months without a login, an account can be frozen and charged 50 USDT a month; after 24 months the balance can be moved to a holding account.
- Records and disputes (6.12, 22.4). BetFury keeps betting history for no more than 30 days, and disputes must be lodged within 14 days of the bet being decided. Save your own screenshots and transaction hashes.
None of these clauses is unusual on its own at an offshore crypto casino, but together they give BetFury a lot of room to slow a payout. That is why Withdrawal Policy is BetFury's lowest sub-score (5.0).

KYC and AML
BetFury does not publish a KYC threshold. Clause 17.2 says it "reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation if it is necessary" and to restrict the service, deposits or withdrawals until identity is "sufficiently determined". Clause 17.2.1 lists what it may ask for: an ID document and selfie, proof of occupation, source of funds and source of income, and information about where you are playing from. Clause 5.2 adds proof of residence such as a recent utility bill. The terms define a 7-day first response during KYC and say the full procedure "should be done in no more than 30 days"; if you decline, BetFury can close access permanently.
Clause 17.1.2 lets BetFury ask for proof of where deposited funds came from "without explaining the reason" and freeze them until you do. Clause 5.14 says it may not tell you that an AML investigation is under way. Plan on being able to document your deposits before you play with a large balance.

Restricted countries
Clause 3.3 of BetFury's terms (read 31 October 2026) lists the jurisdictions whose residents may not open or use an account, "including but not limited to" these 71 entries (some overlap; Aruba and Saba appear twice):

Notable by omission: Canada, India, Brazil, Japan and most of Latin America and Asia are not on the list, though local law can still prohibit online gambling where you live, and clause 3.3 puts that check on you. Clause 17.2.1 lets BetFury ask where you are playing from. If you are in a listed country, a VPN does not make you eligible: it breaches clause 3.3 and is the first thing a casino or mediator will cite to void winnings. BetFury's terms do not mention VPNs directly as of 31 October 2026.

Bonuses, rakeback, VIP and the BFG token
Welcome pack. BetFury's welcome page (read 31 October 2026) advertises up to 590% across three deposits plus 225 free spins, a maximum deposit bonus of $10,500 and a $5 minimum deposit. Its FAQ gives the wagering as x40 for slots and live games, with originals counted at 0.2, and 14 days to complete it. The welcome-pack terms add a $10 maximum bet while a bonus is active and cap what the bonus can pay out at 1.2 times the deposit bonus (1.5 times for free-spin winnings).
Here is what that means on a $100 deposit bonus, if the 40x applies to the bonus amount as the welcome page implies: $4,000 of slot wagering, at least 400 bets at the $10 cap. On a slot with 96% RTP the expected loss on $4,000 is about $160, more than the $120 the bonus can ever convert to cash. Our wagering calculator runs the same sum for other amounts. Bets are also split between your cash and bonus balances in proportion while a bonus is active, and withdrawing in that currency cancels the bonus.
Rakeback and cashback. Rakeback applies to every rank and is calculated as wager × house edge × 10%: $1,000 wagered on a 1% edge game returns $1, and on a 4% edge slot $4. For ranks 1 to 10, half goes straight to your balance and half is released over three days; unclaimed rakeback expires after 90 days. Cashback is calculated on Tuesdays and Fridays at a rate that depends on rank and game type. The VIP Club starts at Rank 10 and adds a personal manager, higher bet and payout caps and "withdrawal priority".
BFG token. BFG is BetFury's own BEP-20 token. Its tokenomics page (read 31 October 2026) gives a 5,000,000,000 total supply, 1,700,646,605 burned as of September 2026, and 1,000,000,000 team tokens locked for three years before a 5%-a-month release. BFG deposits are exempt from the deposit-rollover rule, but BFG withdrawals can be held to check the tokens' source. A casino token's price can move sharply in either direction; we do not give investment advice, and nothing here is a reason to buy it.

What the deposit data says: #13 to #17 in a month
Tanzanite tracked $30.2M of BetFury deposits in the 30 days to 26 October 2026, -28% on Tanzanite's previous 30 days, from 43.6K deposits (+8%), an average of $694. That is #17 of the 41 casinos Tanzanite tracks. A month earlier, in the 30 days to 2 October 2026, BetFury was #13 with $42.0M, up 170.6% from $15.5M, one of the largest gains in our October market report.

The two windows overlap, so this is two readings rather than a trend. Deposit volume measures money flowing in; it says nothing about whether withdrawals are paid on time.

The case against BetFury: reports, ratings and what they show
The Foreign Policy Journal article. On 13 September 2026 the Foreign Policy Journal published "Scam and Review: Betfury Faces Scrutiny Over Frozen Winnings, VPN Push to Affiliates" (byline Ewan Scott). It reports customer complaints that BetFury locked accounts and blocked withdrawals after large wins in August, quotes one unnamed player whose $24,000 withdrawal had been "pending for over 5 weeks", and says several others described rejected withdrawals and unresponsive support. It also says it "received information suggesting" BetFury encouraged affiliates to promote VPNs to get around geo-blocking, citing emails and internal notes from an employee. The article does not publish those documents, does not say BetFury was asked for comment, and calls the VPN point a compliance concern "if accurate".
Weigh the source as well as the claims. Wikipedia's entry on the Foreign Policy Journal (read 31 October 2026) says it stopped publishing in 2020, relaunched in 2026 under undisclosed ownership and was announced as for sale in July 2026. In searches on 31 October 2026 we found no regulator action against BetFury and no public response from BetFury to the article. We also checked: a third-party review updated 12 August 2026 quotes BetFury support as saying it does not restrict VPN use because it cannot track it. That is a support-chat quote, not a policy, and it does not confirm the affiliate claim. BetFury's terms bar residents of restricted countries regardless.

The ratings and the article point in different directions. A 4.3 TrustScore on an invited, paid profile is weaker evidence than it looks, and one review in four is still one-star. A clean AskGamblers record means no complaints were filed there, not that none exist. Our complaints tracker shows the same figures beside 14 other casinos.

Support and responsible gambling tools
BetFury's docs advertise "friendly customer care 24/7" plus VIP hosts, and its complaints clause routes disputes to [email protected], with an intention to answer bet-settlement queries within 28 days. Its Telegram bot, Mr. Fury Bot, is available after the first deposit; its docs describe it as a source of notifications, links into the site, support and Telegram-only bonuses such as a boosted monthly bonus and a prize wheel.
Its responsible-gaming page (read 31 October 2026) describes self-exclusion requested by email only ("Requests made via our Chat function will not be actioned"), taking effect within 24 hours, and a session time alert from 15 minutes to 3 hours. Deposit, loss and wager limit tools are not shown on its public responsible-gaming page as of 31 October 2026. Our responsible gambling page lists free help lines.
