Eight casinos we review, ordered by Tanzanite deposit volume (30 days to 26 Oct 2026), each compared with BitStarz on fairness you can recompute, ID checks, score and what its own terms say about Australia and the United Kingdom.

Short answer
BitStarz does offer provably fair games. Its lobby lists 18 in-house Originals, its game pages call them provably fair, and each has an in-game Fairness tool. What we could not find on its public pages (checked 24 Oct 2026) is the formula that turns your seeds into a result, so no outside verifier, ours included, can recompute a BitStarz Originals round. You rely on BitStarz's own Verify button.
The useful alternatives therefore add something BitStarz does not: a scheme an independent tool reproduces (Stake, Shuffle and BC.Game in our verifier), deposit volume we can actually measure, rakeback with no wagering, or higher advertised Originals RTP.
UK readers: BitStarz's own terms exclude the United Kingdom, and so do seven of the eight alternatives below. Australian readers: BitStarz's restricted list does not name Australia, but five of the eight alternatives do, and a sixth (Rainbet) we could not confirm. Each card says which.
WHAT BITSTARZ'S ORIGINALS LET YOU CHECK
Reviews around the web disagree about whether BitStarz is provably fair, so we went to BitStarz's own pages on 24 October 2026. Here is what each one shows, and what none of them shows.
Found: an Originals rangeThe Originals category at bitstarz.com/games/originals lists 18 titles, among them Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Limbo, Keno, Tower, Blackjack and Wheel, under the line "By BitStarz, for BitStarz players". Game pages credit the software to "Bitstarz Originals".
Found: a provably fair claim and RTPsThe Mines page says the game is provably fair, lists 97.50% RTP and points to a Fairness button in the game menu; the Crash page calls Crash provably fair at 96% RTP.
Found: a seed workflowBitStarz's blog guide to its Originals fairness tool (dated 25 March 2025) tells you to save the hashed server seed and your client seed, then unhash the old server seed and press Verify. That is a commit-and-reveal design.
Not found: the mathsNeither the game pages nor the guide name the hash function, mention a nonce or give the formula that maps seeds to a crash point or mine layout (checked 24 Oct 2026). Without that, an outside tool cannot reproduce the result; it can only trust BitStarz's button.
A separate, undated BitStarz page, "Provability explained", describes a different, older scheme for third-party BGaming titles: a SHA-256 hash of the shuffled game data published before play, a client seed mixed in, Mersenne Twister randomness and a Fisher-Yates shuffle. It says "most" BGaming games on the site are provably fair. That is useful, but it is not documentation for the in-house Originals, and the 4,500+ other titles in the lobby run on their providers' certified RNG.
So the honest classification is: provably fair claimed, commit-and-reveal tool present, derivation not published. That is a step above RNG-only casinos and a step below Stake, Shuffle and BC.Game, whose formulas we could read and reproduce. If you play BitStarz Originals, save the hashed seed before you bet and use the Fairness panel afterwards; just know you are checking with the casino's tool, not an independent one.
BitStarz is a 2014 brand with a Curaçao licence, 4,500+ games and a long list of industry awards; our BitStarz review scores it 8.6/10. The reasons to shop around are the trade-offs that review records, not complaints we have collected:
Fairness you can check yourself. The review scores BitStarz's provably fair side 7.0/10, its lowest category. As shown above, the Originals exist, but their outcome formula is not published, so readers who want to recompute a round with an outside tool need a different casino.
Bonus strings. The four-deposit welcome package (up to €500 or 5 BTC plus 180 free spins, per BitStarz's promotions page in September 2026) carries 40x wagering on the bonus, a seven-day clock and a €5/$5 maximum bet while it is active.
ID checks at the wrong moment. BitStarz asks for documents once withdrawals pass its thresholds, which the review notes is exactly when a player has won.
Rewards structure. Its VIP Starz Club is invite-only rather than a published ladder. Several alternatives pay rakeback or cashback with no wagering from day one.
No volume data. Tanzanite does not track BitStarz (30 days to 26 Oct 2026), so we cannot show how much players deposit there against the market leaders.
Country exclusions. BitStarz's section 3.6 bars "United Kingdom (including any overseas territories)" (terms dated 25 June 2025, read 24 Oct 2026). Many "sites like BitStarz" searches come from the UK and Australia, which is why every card below states both positions.
BITSTARZ VS 8 ALTERNATIVES: COMPARISON TABLE
Volume is Tanzanite's tracked deposit volume for the 30 days to 26 Oct 2026, with the casino's global rank. The PF column says what an independent tool can do, not just whether the casino uses the label. KYC is taken from each review's quick facts. "Not named" means the operator's restricted-country list did not include that country when read; it is not a licence to play, and local law still applies.

Scores are each review's own JSON-LD rating. "Reproduced" means our verifier recomputes outcomes from the operator's published spec or open-source code; "commitment check only" means it can confirm the revealed server seed matches the hash you were shown, while the outcome needs the operator's own tool (support table, sources read 22 Oct 2026). AU and UK sources and dates are on each card below.

Better than BitStarz
Publishes its seed scheme: server seed, client seed and nonce through HMAC-SHA256, which our verifier and Stake seed checker reproduce for Dice, Limbo, Mines, Plinko, Keno, Roulette and Crash.
Rakeback of 3.5% of the house edge with no wagering, switched on by a code within 24 hours of sign-up (Stake help centre, per our review).
The largest tracked volume in the market: $2.09B from about 4.05M deposits.

Stricter ID: Level 2 KYC before the first withdrawal, against BitStarz's above-limits rule.
No default deposit-match welcome bonus; match offers are code-only.
A $41M hot-wallet hack in September 2023 (player funds reportedly reimbursed).
Australia: not available. Stake geo-blocks Australian IP addresses (our Australia hub, checked Oct 2026).
UK: not available. Stake withdrew from the UK on 11 March 2025 after a UK Gambling Commission investigation (Stake review).

Better than BitStarz
Provably fair Originals (Crash, Mines, Towers, Dice, Plinko) whose fairness page, roobet.com/fair, links per-game verification code; BitStarz publishes no formula at all.
20% cashback paid without wagering (capped at roughly $200 a day, per our review).
6,000+ games against BitStarz's 4,500+, and $413M of tracked deposits.
Worse than BitStarz
Identity details are required from the first deposit, earlier than at BitStarz.
We could not load that code (checked 22 Oct 2026), so for now our verifier only checks Roobet's seed commitment.
The deposit match is code-gated (100% up to $1,000 at 30x).
Australia: not available. Roobet's restricted-regions help article (dated 25 Aug 2026, read 6 Oct 2026) says Australian residents may not access the site or register.
UK: not available. The same list names the United Kingdom (read Sept 2026, per our UK hub).
Continuous rakeback on wagers, plus an optional No Wager Lock welcome alternative (100% up to $700 that unlocks as you play).
No routine KYC for crypto deposits or withdrawals, though its terms allow verification requests.
Measurable: $404M from about 1.12M deposits, a $362 average.
Worse than BitStarz
Founded in 2023, with nine fewer years of track record.
2,000+ games against BitStarz's 4,500+.
Licensed in Anjouan per its terms (Rain Group Ltd, read 24 Oct 2026), with no licence number printed, and no published withdrawal time (checked Oct 2026).
Australia: unconfirmed. Rainbet's terms page returned an access error to our fetch on 24 Oct 2026, and third-party listings disagree. Treat Rainbet as unavailable until you have read its restricted-country clause yourself.
UK: not available. Rainbet's terms exclude the UK (read Sept 2026, UK hub).
Shuffle prints worked examples in its help centre, and our verifier and Shuffle seed checker reproduce them for Dice, Limbo, Roulette, Keno, Mines and Plinko (Crash: chain link only).
Tracked: $235M in the window, with a SHFL token and weekly lottery on top.
Worse than BitStarz
Our lowest score in this list. Casino Guru's Safety Index is 4.8/10 ("Low"), and complaints about long withdrawal delays, KYC holds and accounts closed after big wins are documented.
Trustpilot removed its rating over fake reviews.
Founded in 2023.
Australia: not available. Shuffle's restricted list includes Australia (Shuffle review, 22 Oct 2026).
UK: not available. The UK is on the same list of eleven restricted jurisdictions (read Sept 2026, UK hub).

The closest product to BitStarz: a 2014 Bitcoin-first casino with a multi-deposit welcome match (up to 4 BTC + 325 spins), and our review notes an earlier association with Direx N.V., the company behind BitStarz.
Its in-house games (Plinko mBit, mBit Mines, Bitty's Dice) use a described server seed, client seed and nonce model.
RTP printed on game thumbnails; Casino Guru Safety Index 9.2/10 with zero black points.
Worse than BitStarz
KYC is mandatory, usually at the first withdrawal, and is the root of most disputes.
It suspended all withdrawals for about five days in July 2025, citing maintenance.
Bonus terms are tighter: 40x, slots-only, a 28 USDT max bet, and free spins valid for one day on its own terms page. Our verifier has no mBit spec, so only the seed commitment can be checked independently.
Australia: not named. mBit's restricted list, section 2.4, does not include Australia (terms last updated 9 March 2026, read 24 Oct 2026). Australia does appear in section 2.6.3 (NetEnt games not offered) and 2.9 (not eligible for jackpots).
UK: not available. Section 2.4 names "United Kingdom (UK)" (read 24 Oct 2026).

80+ cryptocurrencies, the widest coin support we cover, and a 6,000+ game library.
No routine KYC for crypto play, though verification can still be requested.
The only casino in this list whose restricted-country list named neither the UK nor Australia when read.
Worse than BitStarz
It adds nothing on fairness: we found no provably fair originals in its public lobby (checked Oct 2026), so there is less to check than at BitStarz.
Launched in 2022 and rebranded from Jackbit on 29 May 2026.
No published withdrawal time; VIP and rakeback tiers are thinly documented.
Australia: not named. Its terms did not name Australia at our October 2026 check (Australia hub).
UK: not named. The restricted list named Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Moldova (read 22 Oct 2026, UK hub). It is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, so UKGC protections and GamStop do not apply.
Availability decides whether any recommendation is usable. Put the eight cards side by side and the picture is lopsided.
In the United Kingdom, BitStarz itself is off the table: section 3.6 of its terms excludes the UK. Seven of the eight alternatives exclude it too. Only Jack.com's list did not name the UK when read on 22 Oct 2026, and it runs no provably fair games we could find. None of these casinos holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, so a UK player using any of them gives up UKGC dispute handling and GamStop coverage. If you have self-excluded, the protective choice is to stay excluded. Our UK crypto casino guide covers the law and the few operators whose terms do not name the UK.
In Australia, the usual heavyweights are all out: Stake geo-blocks Australian IPs, and Roobet, Duel, BC.Game and Shuffle list Australia as restricted. Of the casinos on this page, only mBit and Jack.com (plus BitStarz) have restricted lists that did not name Australia when we read them, and Rainbet's position is unconfirmed. Of those, mBit is the one with in-house provably fair games. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes it unlawful to supply online casino games to people in Australia; it targets operators rather than players, and ACMA blocks offshore domains regularly. Our Australia guide covers that in full.
Whichever country you are in, using a VPN to reach a casino that excludes it breaches that casino's terms, and the usual result is a frozen balance at the first identity check. We do not list workarounds.
HOW THIS LIST WAS BUILT
Candidates. Only casinos we have a full review for. Rollbit and Bluff are excluded: Tanzanite shows $0 for Rollbit (not reliably tracked) and $2.13K for Bluff in the 30 days to 26 Oct 2026, after about $1,000 and $600 in the 30 days to 2 Oct and $13.1M and $86.9K before that, and their reviews carry dated status notes.
Order. Tanzanite's tracked deposit volume for the 30 days to 26 October 2026, the only volume source we use. Tracked casinos keep their global rank in brackets (Gamdom, #7, is not on this list). mBit and Jack.com are not tracked, so they come last with no volume figure. Volume measures money deposited; it says nothing about payout speed or safety.
Selection. From the tracked top ten we kept the six that give a BitStarz player something concrete: a reproducible or at least documented provably fair range, published rakeback or cashback, or both. Gamdom (#7) was left out because its terms (clause 3.4, last updated 1 October 2025, read 24 Oct 2026) exclude both Australia and the UK, and our tool can only check its seed commitment. Our reviews record 1WIN (#8) as provably fair for its in-house crash game only and Sportsbet.io (#10) as a sportsbook-first site without an originals suite; Stake.us (#9) is a US sweepstakes site, not real-money. mBit and Jack.com were added because their terms did not name Australia, the market most of this search comes from.
Facts. Better/worse points, KYC triggers and scores come from each linked review. Provably fair status comes from our verifier support table. Country positions come from operator terms we read on 24 Oct 2026 (BitStarz, mBit, Gamdom) or from our country hubs with the dates shown. Where a page blocked us, we say so rather than guess.
Affiliate links. Visit buttons go through /go/ links and some earn us a commission. That does not change order, which is fixed by Tanzanite, or scores, which come from each review. BitStarz itself: visit BitStarz (no code needed: tracked link; not available in the UK under its terms).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Partly. BitStarz lists 18 in-house Originals that its game pages call provably fair, each with an in-game Fairness tool that shows a hashed server seed and your client seed. Its public pages do not publish the hash function or the formula that turns seeds into a result (checked 24 Oct 2026), so no outside verifier can recompute a round; you rely on BitStarz's own Verify button. Its 4,500+ third-party games use provider RNG.
mBit Casino. It is also a 2014 Bitcoin-first casino with a multi-deposit welcome match and in-house provably fair games, and our review notes an earlier association with Direx N.V., the company behind BitStarz. It requires KYC at withdrawal and excludes the UK in section 2.4 of its terms.
Stake, Shuffle and BC.Game. Our verifier reproduces their game outcomes from published specs (Stake, Shuffle) or open-source code (BC.Game). Stake is also the largest by Tanzanite deposit volume, $2.09B in the 30 days to 26 Oct 2026. All three exclude Australia and the UK in their terms.
Few. Stake, Roobet, Duel, BC.Game and Shuffle all restrict Australia, and Rainbet's position is unconfirmed. Of the casinos on this page, only mBit and Jack.com did not name Australia in their restricted lists when read in October 2026, and only mBit runs provably fair games. Online casino supply to Australians is unlawful under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, which targets operators rather than players.
BitStarz excludes the United Kingdom in section 3.6 of its terms (read 24 Oct 2026), and seven of the eight alternatives here exclude it too. Only Jack.com did not name the UK when read on 22 Oct 2026, and it has no provably fair games we could find. None holds a UKGC licence, so GamStop does not apply. Using a VPN to reach a casino that excludes the UK breaches its terms.
Most check identity at some point. Stake requires Level 2 before the first withdrawal, Roobet asks for Level 1 details at deposit and mBit verifies at withdrawal. Rainbet, Shuffle, BC.Game, Duel and Jack.com describe softer or exception-based checks that a large withdrawal can trigger. BitStarz itself asks once withdrawals pass its thresholds. Expect verification before a large cash-out anywhere.
